Celebrating the anniversary of Baltic independence

The Baltic countries regained their independence 20 years ago. TeliaSonera’s contribution to the Baltic liberation in 1991 was of limited importance to the liberation, but shows the power of communication and makes an interesting read. In Estonia, the Russian troops set out to occupy the TV tower in Tallinn under orders to block the NMT system and shut down communication with the outside world.
